JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Day-to-day collections operations for Sbi credit card.
2. Monitor the accounts receivables, provide management with status reports.
3. Prepare timely resolution report for the allocation.
4. Resolve queries of customers regarding sbi card.
5. Payment research (payment allocation, lost checks, payments in transit.
6. Monthly reconciliation of the resolution report.
7. Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare report for the same.
8. Maintain bad debt and bad debt recovery records.
9. Maintain dialer hygiene like Wrap%/Not ready % etc.

2. Excellent Communication skills with zeal to work ... Prior Collection Experience will be prefered
